Yanco NC-536BU Accessories (Melamine) Melamine 2-7/8", 2 oz Smooth Ramekin, Blue — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Blue earns its place on a line where colour means something. Allergen-free portions, a cold sauce run, one station's mise against another's: a tray of blue NC-536BU ramekins tells the expo what is inside before anyone reads a ticket.

Each one spans 2-7/8 inches and carries two ounces. The colour is through the melamine rather than painted on top, so a scuffed rim or a marked base stays blue instead of showing white underneath. Rack-wash it as often as the shift demands, and keep it clear of microwaves and ovens.
