The NC-535B is the smooth-walled counterpart to Yanco's fluted NC-507B, with the same 2-1/2" rim and 1.5 oz well in bone white melamine.

Dropping the ribs leaves a plain cylinder that reads as modern rather than traditional, and it gives a flat face to anyone labelling condiments with a grease pencil or a sticker. One and a half ounces is a single-serve measure — tartar, mignonette, a pour of soy. Plain walls also wipe down faster between covers, since nothing catches in the grooves. Operators who already stock the fluted ramekin often add this one for cold sauces, keeping the two textures visually separate on the pass.
