Yanco NC-509BK Accessories (Melamine) Melamine 2-7/8", 2 oz Fluted Ramekin, Black — Case of 72 (6 dz)

The NC-509BK is the black melamine member of Yanco's 2-7/8" fluted ramekin group, with a 2 oz well.

Caterers reach for black on buffet condiment lines because the piece reads as deliberate rather than disposable, and because sauces with dark bases vanish into the finish instead of streaking it. Two ounces holds a dipping portion for a pair of diners, or one generous side of aioli. The ribbed outer wall resists the slip that catches smooth plastic when a runner carries four of them wet on a tray, and the ramekin comes out of a commercial wash cycle without crazing or losing its edge.
