Yanco NC-509B Accessories (Melamine) Melamine 2-7/8", 2 oz Fluted Ramekin Bone, White — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Wider at the rim than the NC-507B and half an ounce deeper, the NC-509B is a fluted ramekin measuring 2-7/8" with a 2 oz well in bone white melamine.

Two ounces is the working size for a side of ranch, a hollandaise portion, or warm syrup that has to last a whole stack of pancakes. The slightly fuller bowl also lets a spoon or a cocktail fork sit inside without tipping it over. Bone white is Yanco's warm ivory shade, chosen by operators matching older china rather than bright modern porcelain. The fluted exterior stiffens a thin wall that will spend its life being stacked.
