Chocolate brown gives the NC-507C a warmer cast than the black or bone versions of the same 2-1/2" fluted body. Its 1.5 oz well suits condiment work where colour matters: a brown pot flatters mustard, aioli and honey, and it will not show the stain rings that pale melamine picks up from curry or chilli oil.
