Yanco NC-2162 Compartment Collection Melamine 14" x 10" 6-Compartment Plate, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Six wells across a 14 by 10 inch face is the geometry an American school lunch line is built around: an entree, a couple of sides and the small extras that would otherwise each need a dish of their own, all portioned once and carried away together. Serving staff fill it in sequence down the rail and the diner never has to balance a second piece.

That 14 by 10 footprint is the standard rectangle that cafeteria dollies, rails and dish racks are already cut for, so this compartment plate drops into an existing line without anyone re-measuring shelving. Keeping the weight down matters too, because the person carrying a loaded stack to the dish room does it forty times a day.

Sold by the full case. Case of 12 (1 dz)
