Yanco NC-1014RD Compartment Collection Melamine 12-1/2" x 3/5" 25-Compartment Egg Plate, Red — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Red turns a twenty-five-well egg plate into something a crew can pick out across a busy room, which is the point in any operation that codes by station or by diet. An allergen-free table, a kosher line, one particular catering account: the shade does the signalling so nobody has to stop and read a label during a rush.

Measured well for well it matches the white version exactly, 12-1/2 inches across and about three-fifths of an inch at the rim, so the two interleave in one stack. Staff hold it by the edge with one hand while the other works a spatula, and the moulded rings keep each half where it was set down rather than letting it drift toward the centre.

Sold by the full case. Case of 12 (1 dz)
