Yanco NB-4031 Noble Black Chinaware 3-1/8" x 3" x 1-3/4" Square Sauce Dish 3 oz, Black — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Square where the 4030 is rectangular, and nearly twice as deep at one and three-quarter inches, this one holds three ounces — enough for a dipping sauce shared between two covers rather than a single portion. Straight sides let it pack tightly into a bus tub and sit flush against a plate rim. Three ounces also covers a ramekin role: whipped butter, a creme fraiche garnish, pickled vegetables alongside a main.
