Yanco NA-810BK Nature Art Melamine 10-3/4" x 7" x 2-1/4" Mediterranean Pasta Bowl 12 oz, Black and Brown — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Twelve ounces spread across ten and three quarter inches of Mediterranean profile, with the wall rising a little over two inches at the edge. Nearly all of that diameter is flat floor, so a portion is laid out wide and low — the shape a plated pasta or a grain bowl is built around, rather than the deep cone a soup bowl uses.

Black ground and a wide flat floor make a useful pair for plating: herbs, shaved cheese and a pale sauce all gain definition, and the surface shows no mark from the tomato and oil that go through it every service. Brown at the rim gives the broad shape an outer line. Twenty-four to the case supplies a pasta section for a full service with pieces still in reserve.

Sold by the full case. Case of 24 (2 dz)
