Yanco NA-5003 Nature Art Melamine 3-1/2" x 1-3/4" Sauce Dish 4 oz, White and Brown — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Three and a half inches across and an inch and three quarters deep, the NA-5003 is the four ounce sauce dish — an inch wider and half an inch deeper than the ounce-and-a-half piece, which moves it out of single-pour condiment service and into something a table can share.

Four ounces, shared or plated

Four ounces covers a side of ranch or aioli, a pot of salsa, melted butter for shellfish, or a dessert sauce poured at the table. The depth means a spoon can work in it without scraping a flat bottom. White with brown accents through the well. Seventy-two to the case keeps a prep line and a service line both supplied without a second order mid-week, and the material is dishwasher safe and break-resistant on a standard rack cycle.
