Yanco NA-414BK Nature Art Melamine 13" x 3-1/2" x 1" Rectangular Sushi Plate, Black and Brown — Case of 36 (3 dz)

The NA-414BK is a black sushi plate in a narrow format: thirteen inches end to end, three and a half wide, an inch tall. At this width the piece stops being a field and becomes a line, and the dark finish turns that line into a frame for whatever is set along it.

The narrow format, in black

A row of nigiri on a black strip is a standard sushi-counter presentation for good reason — nothing competes with the fish, and the eye follows the sequence from one end to the other. Brown accents along the edges give the strip a border. The inch-high lip keeps a pour of soy off the counter. Thirty-six to the case suits something used on every order. Melamine handles the bussing tub and the wash cycle, and the narrow shape slots into a rack on edge.
