Thirteen inches long, five and three quarters wide and an inch tall, the NA-413 is the larger sushi plate in Nature Art — two inches longer and nearly an inch wider than the NA-411. That extra run is what a combination order needs: a roll cut into eight, four pieces of nigiri and a sashimi fan, laid out without overlapping.

Combination orders and display

The full inch of height gives a firmer edge than the shorter piece, useful when an order arrives with dipping sauce poured straight onto it. It also works outside sushi service as a long plate for charcuterie for one, a bread and butter course, or a dessert flight in a row. White ground with brown accents keeps a busy arrangement legible. Twenty-four to the case, dishwasher safe, and break-resistant throughout — melamine forgives the drop that porcelain would not.
