Yanco NA-310BK Nature Art Melamine 10-1/2" x 5-1/4" x 1-1/2" Deep Oval Platter, Black and Brown — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Black deep oval platter, ten and a half inches long by five and a quarter wide, standing an inch and a half high. The NA-310BK trades surface area for volume: a flat oval of the same length offers more plating real estate, while this one holds depth for anything with sauce or stock in it.

A dark well for wet dishes

A dark finish suits liquid food. A pale broth, a coconut curry or a white wine sauce separates from the surface instead of merging with it, and the inch-and-a-half wall keeps the level visible from the side. The long narrow footprint drops into a buffet frame or runs down a shared table end to end. Brown banding sits at the rim. Cases hold twenty-four. It is break-resistant, dishwasher safe, and sits flat in a rack beside the white version.
