Yanco MS-710BU Milestone Melamine 10" 3-Compartment Plate, Blue — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Three moulded sections on a ten-inch round: the MS-710BU keeps a main, a starch and a vegetable apart on one plate, which is what a tray line needs when a cover gets no room for three separate pieces. The divider walls are part of the moulding rather than applied, so there is no seam for food to work into. Blue is a common choice for schools, where trays are sorted by colour at the return.

Specifications

At five-eighths of an inch high the plate sits flat on a tray and stacks tightly in a rack. Yanco makes the plate in the same extra heavy weight melamine as the rest of Milestone, so it goes through a commercial wash without the surface going chalky.
