Yanco MS-303BU Milestone Melamine 4" x 2"H Bouillon Cup - 7 oz, Blue — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Seven ounces in a four-inch footprint, two inches tall — a bouillon cup is a specific thing, and the proportions are what make it one: wide enough to spoon from comfortably, shallow enough that broth cools to drinkable temperature on its own. Blue makes the cup easy to separate from ivory and white service on a soup station. Milestone's MS-9303 saucer, at 5-1/2", is cut to sit under this cup and under the 8 oz MS-313 beside it. Four dozen to a box suits a room that runs soup every day rather than occasionally, and the melamine lip will not chip the way a china rim does.
