Yanco MS-5811RD Milestone Melamine 11" x 1-3/4"H Pasta Bowl - 16 oz, Orange Red — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Orange red at eleven inches across is a deliberate statement, and the MS-5811RD tends to be bought for buffets and display service rather than for a la carte. The bowl runs an inch and three quarters deep and takes sixteen ounces, so it can hold a dressed salad for two or a single theatrical pasta portion with equal ease.

Specifications

Colour aside, the specification is the Milestone standard: heavy-gauge melamine, moulded in one piece, dishwasher-safe and resistant to the chips that end a china bowl's service life. For a buffet that runs the same dish twice a day, that matters more than the look of porcelain.
