Yanco MS-5809YL Milestone Melamine 9-1/4" x 1-1/4"H Pasta Bowl - 13 oz, Yellow — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Yellow brightens a bowl of food that would otherwise be all beige, which is why the MS-5809YL gets used for buttered pasta, polenta and rice as much as for anything red. Dimensionally it is the same shallow coupe as its five colour siblings: nine and a quarter inches across, an inch and a quarter deep, thirteen ounces.

Specifications

What that depth buys is control over how a portion looks. A measured scoop fills the floor of the bowl rather than sinking into it, so the serving reads as a meal. The body is moulded in one piece in Yanco's heavy grade, with no foot ring to crack and nothing to craze in a wash.
