Yanco MS-5809WT Milestone Melamine 9-1/4" x 1-1/4"H Pasta Bowl - 13 oz, White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

White is the default specification for the MS-5809WT because a pasta bowl is a frame and the food is the picture. Nine and a quarter inches gives that frame generous margin, and the inch-and-a-quarter wall holds thirteen ounces of sauce without hiding any of it. Chefs use this shape for risotto and grain bowls as readily as for pasta, since the shallow floor keeps a portion warm and spread rather than banked up in a well.

Specifications

The melamine is Yanco's extra heavy weight grade, specified for rooms that turn covers quickly, and the bowl tolerates stacking wet, carrying hot and washing at commercial temperatures.
