Yanco MS-5807BU Milestone Melamine 7-1/2" x 2-3/4"H Salad Bowl - 24 oz, Blue — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Two and three quarter inches of wall is what separates this from the shallower Milestone bowls. The MS-5807BU holds twenty-four ounces in roughly the footprint the 16 oz soup bowl uses, by going down rather than out. That depth matters for dressed greens, which need room to be tossed in the bowl without landing on the pass. Blue reads cool against leaf green and against grain salads, and it is a frequent choice when a salad bar needs its sections told apart at a glance.

Specifications

Milestone melamine is made in an extra heavy weight, so a stack of these in a reach-in does not flex or crack under its own load. The surface takes vinaigrette and citrus without staining.
