Yanco MS-5716YL Milestone Melamine 7-1/2" x 1-7/8"H Soup Bowl - 16 oz, Yellow — Case of 48 (4 dz)

The MS-5716YL is a soup bowl built flat and broad, seven and a half inches of diameter against a wall under two inches, which is why sixteen ounces of liquid looks generous in it rather than hidden. Broth-forward dishes behave well here: the surface area releases steam fast, so a bowl ladled at the pass is comfortable to eat by the time it reaches the table. Yellow carries hot colour, and operators tend to give it to curries, squash soups and anything with turmeric.

Specifications

Melamine of this weight resists the knock of a bus tub, and the bowl will not craze the way a glazed ceramic does when it goes from a hot kettle to a cold rinse.
