Yanco MS-5712WT Milestone Melamine 7-1/2" x 1-3/4"H Soup Bowl - 12 oz, White — Case of 48 (4 dz)

A seven and a half inch white soup bowl, one and three quarter inches deep, twelve ounces. It is the wide member of the three soup rounds Milestone offers in a full colorway.

White and wide is the combination banquet operations buy, because a soup course has to look the same on every table and a neutral bowl lets a garnish carry the presentation. The shape also doubles for pasta or salad, which keeps the inventory count down in a room that has to serve several menus from one shelf. Dishwasher safe melamine in Milestone's heavy gauge, four dozen to a carton.
