Yanco MS-313RD Milestone Melamine 4-1/4" x 2-1/4"H Bouillon Cup - 8 oz, Orange Red — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Four dozen cups to a carton, in the orange red that Milestone uses as a signal color. Each one measures four and a quarter inches across, two and a quarter inches tall, and takes eight ounces.

Cafeterias and buffet lines run color as a sorting system, one shade for soup, another for dessert, a third for the salad station, and orange red survives being seen under a heat lamp. The cup itself is unfussy, a plain round with no handle, so it nests in a bus tub. Melamine construction, safe in the dish machine.
