Yanco MS-303YL Milestone Melamine 4" x 2"H Bouillon Cup - 7 oz, Yellow — Case of 48 (4 dz)

At two inches deep the MS-303 is shallow for a cup, and that turns out to be useful beyond soup. The open four inch mouth makes it easy to see what is sitting in the bottom, so operators use it for dressings, dipping sauce, cereal toppings and side portions as happily as for broth.

Yellow keeps those side items visually separate from the main plate, which is why color-coded service lines like it. Seven ounces is the working volume. The melamine body will not chip at the rim the way china does when cups are stacked wet, and a case brings forty-eight of them.
