Yanco MS-213YL Milestone Melamine 13-1/2" x 10-1/2" Oval Platter, Yellow — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A yellow platter at this size is bought for visibility, not subtlety — on a long buffet it marks a station from across a room, and Milestone makes nothing longer than its thirteen and a half inches to do that with. Ten and a half inches across the short axis leaves genuine depth for two rows of food rather than one. The platter is seven-eighths of an inch thick, the same wall the 12" oval uses, and it washes at commercial temperatures without warping. A box holds twelve, enough to cover a long buffet line in a single order.
