Yanco MS-213WT Milestone Melamine 13-1/2" x 10-1/2" Oval Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

White, 13-1/2" by 10-1/2", and the longest piece in the pattern — this is the default catering platter, the one that gets ordered in volume and used for everything from carving to dessert. Being melamine rather than china, a stack of twelve can go in a van, come out at a marquee and go back in without a casualty. The sheet classifies it under plates; by its long axis and by how it is used it is a platter, and the ten-inch line is what decides that. Wall thickness is seven-eighths of an inch. One dozen to a box.
