Yanco MS-212IV Milestone Melamine 12" x 9" Oval Platter, Ivory — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Ivory takes the glare off a platter under a camera flash, which matters on a buffet that guests will photograph. Twelve by nine is the practical family-style size: large enough to matter in the centre of a four-top, small enough that two fit on a standard chafer shelf. The piece is a platter by the pattern's own measure — its long axis clears ten inches. Melamine at seven-eighths of an inch thick carries a hot roast without flexing and will not crack if the platter slides off a cart. Twelve to a box.
