Yanco MR-707 Mars Chinaware 7-1/4" x 3/4" COUPE Round Plate, White and Blue — Case of 36 (3 dz)

One size up from the MR-706 and identical in height, the MR-707 is a 7-1/4 inch coupe round — the appetizer size in the rimless line. An extra inch of diameter at the same three-quarter inch wall means a flatter, more open surface, which is what a composed starter wants.

It mirrors the rimmed MR-107 exactly in diameter, so a kitchen can run both profiles through the same rack slot. Specify the coupe when the plating itself supplies the border, and the rimmed version when it does not. Moving up from the small coupe is the step from a bread setting to a first course, and nothing else changes but the width.
