Yanco MR-111 Mars Chinaware 11-1/4" x 7/8" Dinner Plate, White and Blue — Case of 12 (1 dz)

At 11-1/4 inches the MR-111 is the oversize dinner plate — the one for a composed entree with two sides, or for a single course that needs air around it. Its wall is 7/8 of an inch, slightly shallower than the 10-1/4 inch MR-110 beneath it, so the added diameter reads as surface rather than volume.

That flatness suits dry plating: grilled items, carved meat, flatbread. For the same diameter with a continuous rimless curve, the MR-711 is the coupe alternative, and it runs a touch deeper. Where the table is laid with a charger beneath, this is the plate that still leaves a visible ring of the larger round showing.
