Yanco MO-811BK Moderne Melamine 14" x 10" x 1-1/4" Pan Plate With Handle, Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The MO-811BK is a 14" x 10" pan plate whose 1-1/4" wall and integral grip come out of one moulding, finished in matte black. It is the sharing size in the pan range: wide enough for a mixed grill, a roast portion for two, or a loaded appetiser spread, with a wall deep enough to keep the juices in.

Black gives browned and charred food the backdrop it needs, and the matte finish avoids the hot spots that a gloss surface throws under downlights. The handle means one person can bring it from the pass and place it centrally without a second pair of hands, and melamine keeps that lift comfortable even when the piece is loaded.
