Yanco MO-810BK Moderne Melamine 12" x 8" x 1" Pan Plate With Handle, Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Matte black over a 12" x 8" pan body with a one-inch wall and an integrated grip. The MO-810BK is a pan plate sized for one main, and the silhouette gives a kitchen a way to serve a skillet course without sending hot metal to the table.

Dark melamine suits burgers, grilled meat, eggs and anything with a browned surface, where a white ground would wash the colour out. The wall is high enough to keep a sauce from escaping when a server tilts the piece on the carry, and because the handle is part of the moulding there is no seam for food to lodge in during a fast turnaround.
