Yanco MO-809BK Moderne Melamine 15-1/2" x 7-1/2" x 1-1/4" Pan Plate With Handle, Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The MO-809BK runs 15-1/2" by 7-1/2", its 1-1/4" wall and integral grip finished matte black so the plate reads as cast iron from across a table. It is a serving plate for food that wants a pan context: a shared grill, roasted roots, a frittata cut into wedges, prawns in a sauce.

The raised wall contains a loose sauce through the carry, and the handle gives a server a secure single-hand grip for a plate this long. Black melamine holds the illusion of a skillet while staying light and cool to hold, and it comes back from a wash cycle without the seasoning routine that real cast iron demands.
