The MM-PS is the pepper half of Miami's table pair: a 2-7/8" chinaware body on a 2" square footprint, perforated at the crown and finished in the same bone white as the dinnerware.

A chinaware body gives the shaker weight a plastic one does not, which keeps it upright on a moving tray and in a bussing tub. It is sized to stand in a standard caddy beside the matching MM-SS salt shaker, which shares its dimensions exactly.
