Yanco MM-93 Miami Chinaware 11-3/4" x 8-1/2" Rectangular Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Close to twelve inches long and 8-1/2" across, the MM-93 is a rectangular platter sized for the middle of a four-top rather than for one diner's place. The 1" edge is low enough to lift food off cleanly and tall enough to trap a glaze.

It differs from Miami's 12" x 8" MM-12-RT by half an inch of width and a slightly shorter run, which in practice means it reads a little squarer on the table. Use it for a shared appetiser, a cheese and fruit arrangement, grilled vegetables, or a dessert sampler cut into fingers. A dozen to the carton, bone white chinaware with the embossed border carried around the rectangle.
