Yanco MM-55 Miami Chinaware 4-7/8" Saucer, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

This is the demitasse saucer, 4-7/8" across and half an inch tall, with a well sunk to seat the 2-3/4" foot of the MM-54 espresso cup so the pair travels on a tray without sliding.

It runs noticeably narrower than Miami's MM-2, which serves the 3-1/2" coffee cups; the two are not interchangeable, and an operation running both espresso and drip service needs each. The thin ring of flat china outside the well is where a spoon lies and where a server's thumb goes. Thirty-six to the carton in bone white chinaware, with the embossed Miami border following the rim.
