The MM-46 is the handled bouillon: a 3-7/8" round body 2" deep holding 6 ounces, with a single loop ear that takes the overall length out to 6".

The handle changes what the piece can do. A server sets down a cup of broth straight off a hot line without a liner plate, and a diner lifts it one-handed. Against the handleless MM-4 it is wider at the rim and shallower in the wall, so soup cools a little faster and a spoon works in it more easily. Thirty-six to the case in bone white chinaware, embossed border, dishwasher and microwave safe.
