Yanco ML-806 Main Land Chinaware 5-3/4" Leaf Shape Plate, Bright White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

A leaf outline at 5-3/4 inches long is a canape piece: one or two bites, presented so the shape does the decorating instead of a garnish. This leaf plate has no well to speak of, which is the point. It is a flat presentation surface for a slice of sushi, a petit four, a single cheese with its cracker, or a chocolate at the close of a meal.

The outline is the whole decoration, which is why it carries on a plain white body without needing a pattern. Three dozen in a case suits banquet work, where one event can set out several hundred of these across a room and then collect them all within the hour.
