Three wells of 1.5 ounces along a 7-inch strip just 2-1/2 inches wide. These are the smallest portions Yanco specifies anywhere in Main Land, and the tray exists for one job: presenting a trio of sauces, relishes or spice pastes in a fixed order beside a main plate.
