Nothing in Main Land runs longer than this. The face comes to roughly 230 square inches, about 41 more than the 18-inch ML-218. It is a buffet and banquet format — a whole fish, a carving station, a dessert line laid in three rows — and it wants two hands and a clear run of table. Eleven and a half inches of width is also enough to set a sauce boat beside the main item rather than behind it.
