This is where Main Land’s rectangles become servers: 96 square inches of face, two inches longer and an inch wider than the ML-210 below it. The proportions suit a row of skewers, a fish fillet laid whole, or a cheese and charcuterie run where a round would waste the middle. Eight inches of width is also enough to run two rows of garnish down the length without either row touching the edge.
