This opens Main Land’s plain rectangular run, which continues at 10 x 7, 12 x 8, 14 x 8, 16 x 9-1/2, 18 x 10-1/2 and 20 x 11-1/2 inches. About 40 square inches of face suits a two-bite appetizer pair, a sushi service for one, or a sauce boat set beside a protein without the long edge overhanging the cover beneath it. The narrow proportion also lets two of them sit end to end down a bar rail where a round would not fit.
