Two inches wider across than the 6-inch ME-106, this salad plate carries a proper side salad without greens spilling over the lip, yet still ships four dozen to a case for high-turn dining rooms. The red melamine body is speckled in black throughout rather than printed on the surface, so scuffs from flatware do not show as pale lines.
