Yanco MD-816 Milando Melamine 16" Square Bowl 160 oz, 3-3/4"H, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Sixteen inches square, three and three quarter inches deep, and a hundred and sixty ounces — the largest capacity of any Milando piece. This is the bowl a catering operation puts at the head of a salad station and refills rather than replaces.

Compared with the thirteen-inch square it gains three inches on each side and half an inch of depth, which is where the extra fifty ounces come from. A dozen arrive per carton. At this width a kitchen should check shelf clearance before ordering, since it will not nest with the smaller squares.
