Yanco MD-218 Milando Melamine 18" x 13" Oval Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Eighteen inches end to end and thirteen across, this is the longest platter Yanco makes in the Milando pattern. The wall runs to an inch and a half, deeper than any other oval here, which is what allows a heaped presentation to travel without spilling over the lip.

Carving stations, whole-fish service and loaded antipasto boards are the usual work. Its footprint is wide enough to rest two or three of the smaller square bowls on at once. A dozen ship per carton, and most kitchens find one carton covers a season of banquet service.
