Yanco LY-503YL Lyon-Yellow Chinaware 3-1/4" x 4" Coffee Mug 10 oz, Yellow — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Mugs are bought in volume and lost in volume, so three dozen to a case is the sensible unit for the coffee mug: enough to absorb a quarter of attrition without a reorder, and small enough that a site is not holding two years of stock. Many operations run a standing order of one case a quarter and stop thinking about it.

Colour matters more on the coffee mug than on the pieces a customer never touches. A case of yellow against a neutral service changes the feel of a counter without altering the covers, and because the mug is cast identically in all five Lyon colourways, a buyer can switch colour at the next order with nothing else looking wrong.
