Yanco LY-404YL Lyon-Yellow Chinaware 4-3/4" x 4-3/8" x 1-5/8" Triangle Sauce Dish 5 oz, Yellow — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Small items go missing, and the sauce dish is bought accordingly: thirty-six to a case, with a buyer treating the case as a year of attrition rather than a service quantity. Nobody counts these out at setup; a kitchen draws from a tub and reorders when the tub looks thin.

That makes the sauce dish an easy place to introduce a Lyon colour. A case of yellow mixed into an existing beige holding changes nothing about how the dishes are handled, because the triangular casting is shared across all five colourways and a replacement arrives identical in everything but colour.
