Yanco LY-309YL Lyon-Yellow Chinaware 9" x 7-7/8" x 2-3/8" Oval Pasta Plate 20 oz, Yellow — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Twenty-four to a case sets the pasta plate apart on an order sheet from the three-dozen sizes around it, and a buyer should read that as a signal about turnover. Two dozen is a par for a room that lists one or two dishes on this shape, with a second case ordered when the plate is pulled every service.

Colour is where a pasta plate earns that second case anyway. Operations running two Lyon colourways often split this size between them so a room can be reset between sittings without a wash cycle, and because the casting does not vary, a yellow case and a beige case work as one holding.
