Yanco LY-307YL Lyon-Yellow Chinaware 7" x 6-1/2" x 2-1/4" Oval Soup Plate 15 oz, Yellow — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Three dozen soup plates in a case reflects how the shape is stocked rather than how a single room uses it: more than one operation in a building draws on the same pool, and all of them reorder from one line item. Thirty-six at a time keeps a kitchen from coming back for a second order mid-season.

The soup plate is produced in every Lyon colourway from one casting, so a site can standardise on yellow for one operation and another colour for a second without running two patterns on the inventory list. Replacements are ordered by colour and arrive interchangeable in everything except finish.
