Yanco LY-215YL Lyon-Yellow Chinaware 15" x 8-1/2" x 1-5/8" Rectangular Platter, Yellow — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The fifteen-inch rectangular platter ships twelve to a case, the same count as every other Lyon serving size, which means a buyer specifying a buffet can order across shapes and know each line will arrive as a dozen. Planning a station then becomes a question of how many cases, not how many individual platters.

Colourway choice is worth thinking about at this length, because a fifteen-inch rectangular platter is read from across a room. Operations that want yellow on the line buy a single case here and keep the shorter rectangle in a neutral Lyon colour, which gives a run of servers a deliberate rhythm rather than a uniform block.
