Yanco LY-106YL Lyon-Yellow Chinaware 5-3/4" x 3/4" Trapezoid Bread and Butter Plate, Yellow — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Three dozen to a case puts a bread and butter plate at every cover in a thirty-six seat room with nothing held back, which is the quantity a buyer wants for a shape that turns over at every sitting. At five and three-quarter inches it also takes heavy handling, so a second case in reserve is ordinary practice rather than over-ordering.

Yellow works here as an accent inside an otherwise neutral service: a room running beige Lyon can bring colour in at the bread and butter plate alone and leave the covers untouched. The trapezoid outline is shared across all five colourways, so the mix reads as intentional.
