The LE-711 closes Legna’s coupe round line at 11-1/4 inches, with a 1-1/8 inch rise that is the deepest in the rimless group.

Eleven and a quarter inches without a rim is a presentation plate: a composed main, a starter shared by two, a dessert that wants space around it. It matches the LE-111 in diameter but carries a quarter inch more rise, so it holds a loose element better than its rimmed counterpart does. At 1-1/8 inches it carries a shade more wall than the other three rimless rounds, so it will take a shallow braise or a saucy pasta that the 10-1/4 inch LE-710 would not hold. Cases are twelve plates of white and brown chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
